How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €180 / $190 worldwide.
Orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS Express, or Mondial Relay (available in select European countries for pickup point delivery).
Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
We cover all duties & taxes for shipments to the United States, Europe, and Mexico. For other countries, a small amount may be required upon delivery.
When will my purchase ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. For pre-orders, shipping will take place on the date specified on the product page.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. See the table above for estimated delivery times.
Will I get an order Confirmation
Yes, once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to show as "in transit."
What's your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, you can request a return by contacting support@audette-shop.com within 14 days of delivery.
