We want you to have your order as soon as possible. In stock items are shipped 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
Our Express Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page.
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to US, Europe & Mexico. On shipments to other countries you may be ask a small amount upon delivery.
Orders & Payments
Audette accepts payments via Master Card, Visa, Amex, Paypal, Coinbase and Afterpay (US only). We also offer a fast check out using your Apple Pay or Paypal account
You can cancel or modify your order until the shipment confirmation has been sent which usually takes 1-2 business days. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if a modification can be made.
Our products are handcrafted in small series to guarantee the best quality. To be sure to acquire your favorite Audette, we offer you the possibility to buy it before it comes back in stock.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send a return request to email@example.com. You can return any item within 14 days of receivement for a full refund. Please note all sales are final. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can exchange it with any other of our items within 14 days of receivement.
Product & Guarantee
We work with high quality leather from Italy and cactus leather from Mexico. In order to use our resources responsibly, we increasingly source leftover stock from large luxury brands.
Our creations are handcrafted in two workshops in Spain specialized in high-end leather goods.
Even though we ensure working with the best quality products and suppliers, leather is a natural material that evolves over time and needs to be taken care of:
Store it in the right position, lying it on its base, inside the dust bag provided with it.
Give it enough space, avoid packing it in a loaded suitcase.
If soiled or wet, wipe gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
Avoid any liquid or substances that can damage its surface, such as grease or cosmetics.
Avoid contact with water or heat, and over exposure to sun or humidity.

We unfortunately don’t cover the cost of repair for items out of guarantee but our customer care team will help you find a leather expert nearby.
