SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over €180 / $190 worldwide.Orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS Express, or Mondial Relay (available in select European countries for pickup point delivery).
We want you to have your order as soon as possible. In stock items are shipped 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
Our Express Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page.
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to US, Europe & Mexico. For other countries, a small amount may be required upon delivery.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna, depending on your location.
You can cancel or modify your order until the shipment confirmation has been sent which usually takes 1-2 business days. Please send us an email to support@audette-shop.com to see if a modification can be made.
Our products are handcrafted in small series to guarantee the best quality. To be sure to acquire your favorite Audette, we offer you the possibility to buy it before it comes back in stock.
The package will be shipped on the specified date on the product page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@audette-shop.com.
Please note that all sales are final on sale items, and returns will not be accepted.
Try your bag from the comfort of your home. We offer free exchanges, and will collect the item from your home, workplace, or another address of your choice.
To request an exchange, simply email support@audette-shop.com.Please note that we accept only one exchange shipment per purchase, and sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
PRODUCT & GUARANTEE
We work with high quality leather from Italy and cactus leather from Mexico. In order to use our resources responsibly, we increasingly source leftover stock from large luxury brands.
Our creations are handcrafted in two workshops highly specialized in luxury leather goods, both of them located in Andalusia in the south of Spain.
Even though we ensure working with the best quality products and suppliers, leather is a natural material that evolves over time and needs to be taken care of:
Store it in the right position, lying it on its base, inside the dust bag provided with it.
Give it enough space, avoid packing it in a loaded suitcase.
If soiled or wet, wipe gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
Avoid any liquid or substances that can damage its surface, such as grease or cosmetics.
Avoid contact with water or heat, and over exposure to sun or humidity.
Your satisfaction is our highest value and defective products within the first year of purchase will be complementary repaired or exchanged as soon as possible. Please contact support@audette-shop.com or send us a whatsapp to further assist you.
We unfortunately don’t cover the cost of repair for items out of guarantee but our customer care team will help you find a leather expert nearby.
