RETURNS FAQS

Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact support@audette-shop.com to initiate an exchange.

EXCHANGE TERMS

  • Exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original shipping box.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact customer service for return authorization.

  • audette provides the return shipping label.

  • One exchange per order.

  • If exchanging for a product with a different price, the balance will be adjusted to the original payment method.

Shipping Conditions For Exchanges

  • France & European Union: audette covers all shipping expenses.

  • United States & Canada: The return label cost is covered by the customer; audette provides a shipping label at a preferential rate. audette covers the shipping cost for the final bag.

  • Mexico: audette covers all shipping expenses.

  • Rest of the World: The return label cost is covered by the customer; audette provides a shipping label at a preferential rate. audette covers the shipping cost for the final bag.

Audette Store Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Products bought in-store can only be exchanged at the audette store.

  • No monetary refunds for price differences; the balance will be added as audette credit for future purchases.

Retailer Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on each retailer’s policies.

  • Requests must be handled directly with the retailer.

RETURN POLICY

If you prefer to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@audette-shop.com to receive a return authorization.

  • Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Audette.
