We offer free shipping on all orders over €180 / $190 worldwide. Orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS Express, or Mondial Relay (pickup point delivery available in select European countries).
In-stock items are shipped 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.

We cover duties & taxes for shipments to the US, Europe, and Mexico. For other countries, a small amount may be required upon delivery.

Yes. Our bags are handcrafted in small series, and pre-orders allow you to secure your bag before it comes back in stock.

We work with high-quality Italian leather and cactus leather from Mexico. To use resources responsibly, we also source surplus stock from major luxury brands.
Our creations are handcrafted in two luxury leather workshops located in Andalusia, Spain.

We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects such as faulty pressure buttons, broken stitching, or hardware malfunction/breakage. Items within warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. Contact support@audette-shop.com or send us a WhatsApp for assistance. For items outside warranty, our team can recommend a trusted leather expert near you (repair costs not covered).
