How much does shipping cost?
We offer express free shipping to all our clients around the world. Packages will arrive to your door via the shipping carriers DHL, Fedex or UPS.
Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to US, Europe and Mexico. On shipments to other counties you may be ask a small amount upon delivery.
When will my purchase ship?
We offer Express shipping. In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery usually takes between 2- 4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below.
Will I get an order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for your package to be shown „in transit.”
What's your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, send us a return request to support@audette-shop.com within 14 days of delivery.
